[MarignyBywater] Marigny crime

I confronted an individual attempting to break into vehicles at Elysian and Dauphine at 6:15 pm monday. He displayed a pistol and threatened to shoot me. NOPD was unable to respond until 9:58. Do not leave small change, any visible items with even the smallest amount of value in your vehicle. According to several ranking friends on NOPD this is a rampant problem.
