[MarignyBywater] Short Term Rental

My wife & I are thinking about spending a couple of weeks in the Marigny to see if we like it enough to buy a vacation home.  We're thinking about the 1st 2 weeks of January. We're non-smoker senior citizens (barely).  Does anybody know of rental availability in the Esplanade-Elysian Fields-Dauphine triangle?
