Hello Neighbors

           My name is Robert suscribers and I would like to make you aware of a potential bio-hazard being proposed to be built at the foot of Espanade Ave.. Many of you may have heard of plans that call for the building of a New Orleans Cold Storage Warehouse at the Gov. Nicholls Wharf.  I will save you from most of the details and just say this could be as dangerous of a dilemma  as it comes. There will be a public meeting about the proposed warehouse presented by the Port of New Orleans at NOCCA on DEC 11. There are many groups lining up to oppose this project, who believe there are locations better able to handle this,  because of the danger among other issues. We need to show a united front on this issue and beg  for your attention to this matter. We must in numbers assure a powerful voice that they may hear us!!
