i switched to >gulp< All State for the non Wind/Rain portion, which is still
Fairplan. the plans are slightly different, but it was about  2k cheaper.
ill try to get away from All State when i can, but for now the savings is
important to me.

i went w/ an agent on the northshore (its who my lender recommended, dunno
why): Frank Carmeli, (985) 624-3444.
