Please, fix it up nice. Research also shows that if you invest in
creating after school sports programs and debate clubs and chess clubs
in public schools, it dramatically decreases crime. If you keep classes
for public schools small, and hire competent teachers and if you invest
in fixing the broken parts of the school building, it helps kids feel
they are also valued members of this society, and that has a wonderful
shrinking effect on crime in the years that follow.
