When i am talking about blight i am referring to property. Of course we will
all be picking up other peoples trash if we don't want it on our property,
and i have also dealt with perpetually vandalized property. What i am
talking about is, for example, the property at the corner of Dauphine and
Frenchmen. The work area is constantly scattered with trash that blows up
and down the street, the river parish dumpster hasn't been emptied since
before Gustav, it overflows with fetid stinking bags of trash. Look above
cafe Rose Nicaud at the broken windows. Look at the collapsing awning in
front of Laborde printing. Or how about the entire building the Spotted cat
is in. How about the people who set their bags of trash on the side walk
where it is torn open and scattered by cats and raccoons(yes we have em if
you haven't seen em).The owners of these properties could certainly "fix"
theses issues.  I guess it's easier to have a march or complain to the
useless parasites we call leaders than actually do something. Well this is
the last i have to say on the topic as i understand sounding off in this
forum is a sure way to end up in a scrap with some one, and lord knows i get
enough aggression from the cannibals without fighting with the other
literate people.
