this morning  I removed a Moreno sign posted illegally on a telephone pole at Chartres and Marigny. When i explained the law to the yelling thug on the balcony on the uptown side of Marigny with a Moreno sign, and suggested to him that i would call the police and discuss the matter he threatened to " bust your ass."
