[MarignyBywater] kids on the stoop

You were right about calling the SPCA in that situation, but what about
the kids in your last line? I don't know what time you get off work but
where should the kids sit but in their neighborhood on the stoop? And
anyway, what else is there to do for them that doesn't cost money? If
you don't like young people sitting on your stoop, tell them. Nicely.
Or find out why you want to live in a neighborhood whose customs bother
you.
