Dear Ms. Clarkson:

There is NO reason to prevent me from returning.  I listened to the Mayor's press conference yesterday, and at that conference the reasons given are inconsequential bureaucratic BS !

By luck, I have power (per neighbor) and my telephone works (I tried it).

But even without, I wanted to come back late yesterday afternoon.
