[MarignyBywater] Power on at 900 Mandeville St

I stayed for the storm, and I have not lost power or cox cable, NO power  
between Esplanade Ave and Elysian Fields ave,
the Triangle black at night as Katrina..Lots and lots of Kops and Military  
guarding that area. I drove thru going to the FQ to get a cooked meal and was  
followed by a NOPD, not stopped but paid attention to me,

When returning to NOLA, bring some supplies to eat.
