[MarignyBywater] Opening up

Marigny Perks has electricity.  I got back from Baton Rouge today and went
straight to the shop and got it ready to open tomorrow.  I won't be able to
get it going on the same hours as before the hurricane but it'll be open.
Over the next few days the little shop in the Marigny will get back to
normal.

I hope all of you escaped without damage and are back home soon.
