Does anyone know the guy that used have the lifetime home improvements trailer ..he has been able to replace the old concrete/asbestos shingle for me before... or anyone else that can replace a few of these shingles.

Yes, he had changed a few shingles for me.  I haven't seen him in a long time.
His name is Jay Asevedo.  His phone numbers WERE 277-6288, 277-6289, and
277-6290.  He used to live at 402 Aycock St. in Arabi, but he had lost everything
after the storm.  I used to get in touch with him on his cellphone: 442-6288.
