[MarignyBywater] Tree Removal

Anyone know of someone that will cut tree branches and/or do tree removal? The city won't do tree trimming on private property, two of my neighbors trees are threatening my property and I've been trying since Katrina to get rid of them, but they don't have money and neither do i to pay for complete removal. 

Thoughts? Ideas?
