[MarignyBywater] NOPD on Spain/N Rampart Street

The police that are getting off there shift at 7AM find it easy to go the  
wrong way on Spain St. They go to St Claude the wrong way, and if you are 
coming  off St Claude onto Spain, they are very aggressive and rude about 
there exit.  Does anybody know who is in charge at the facility? Sad when the 
NOPD find it  easy to break the law daily and no respect for the law's of NOLA.
