Since then, our distillers and ring leader, James Michalopoulos, have been working
to nail down the perfect recipe for production. "We've been experimenting with
different types of sugars and different mixtures of the key ingredients," Julie
Perschall, ONOR distiller, said regarding the evolution of Gingeroo.
We're quickly narrowing down the secret recipe with the help of tourists lucky enough
to do a "taste test" with Perschall after the distillery tour. If you haven't done
