[MarignyBywater] Water meter covers

This weekend in the 900 block of St. Roch all of the meter covers were either stolen or replaced with the generic covers - Water / Sewer.  I went to Walgreens and noticed all the "collectable" water meter covers were gone.  When I returned home the replacement covers were installed.  Anyone else experience this?
