I've noticed that since last weekend, You can fill a complaint form at http://www.swbno.org/form_reportaleak.asp?s=default

If we're a couple to complained they may do something soon...

I live on Royal in the Rectangle. Has anyone else noticed the sudden
drop in water pressure. Today walking down Royal I noticed 2 leaking
water mains. One at Spain (been leaking for nearly a year it seems,
unless it has stopped and started again) and now another one at
Elysian Fields.

If you have noticed too please complain to city and council.
