[MarignyBywater] No water today

There were two S&WB trucks and a front-loader at Elysian Fields and Royal
when I passed around 9AM today, Friday 8/6/09. The crew had a manhole cover
open on the neutral ground on the Lake side.  My water pressure (2700 block
of Royal) was still low around 8:30AM. The leak at Royal and Spain looks like
it has been fixed.

I saw SWB trucks setting up near schiros this morning, hopefully they  
were fixing the leak and not getting something to eat.
