[MarignyBywater] Grocery Store Again?

According to an article on today's NOLA.com, it appears Robert's insurance claim of $22 Million has been upheld by the Court of Appeals. 
 
Does this mean that Marigny will eventually regain a grocery store at St. Claude and Elysian Fields?  Maybe; maybe not.  I cringe to think what additional obstacles will be presented to prevent the opening of a new store.
