[MarignyBywater] Fwd: Taco Truck

.....a Taco Truck as a quality of life issue? You might want to get
out and experience some things in New Orleans, besides complaining
about something as mundane as a small business that is thriving. Baaad
things happen every day in the Triangle, and a Taco truck isn't one of
them by a long shot. It is the responsibility of the customers to
clean up after themselves first and foremost, and it is curt and smug
to assume the owner wouldn't address this issue if confronted about it
amicably. He is a nice guy, I know personally.

Here's the deal; the issue is right in front of your face, with real
people. Don't deal with it in a passive-aggressive way. Rallying an
e-mob via newsletter is not the right thing to do. I would be a lot
more concerned with the vagrants and punks hanging out a block away in
front of The John, and that sketchy tattoo parlor/heroin den. They are
a real problem, and have hurt property value much more than a burrito
propriator. And, Frenchmen is littered with trash every night from the
debauchery. Why are you targeting the Taco Truck? I think a small
business thriving there with bright lights keeps the neighborhood
safer. And, it's the only food option in the neighborhood past 10pm
other than Gene's, 13, and Mardi Gras Zone....not even going to get
into that one.

Viva Taco Truck!!
