[MarignyBywater] taco truck

I think neighbors who care about litter, graffiti, loitering,  
disturbing the peace etc. might be willing to pay $185/year for  
private patrol?  It works well in Garden District. Read this and vote  
for it if we get an opportunity next election and leave the taco man be?
