[MarignyBywater] taco truck

I'm not sure what I think about the Taco trucks to be honest but the litter
is bad. I prefer to eat my mexican food at the brick and mortar places. I
know the trucks hurt the businesses that pay rent on property. The property
owners and businesses that pay rent in the area have a greater investment in
the neighborhood. They have more at stake and provide more tax revenue.
Maybe I will go talk to the owner and see how much he really cares our
neighborhood because I doubt he lives in it. If things get too crappy he
just crank up the truck and go some where else.
