WHAT:A SPIRITED TASTING WITH ABSINTHE AND GIN! 
 
The makers OBSELLO ABSINTHE VERTE and brand new PORT of BARCELONA GIN present “A Spirited Tasting," an evening with TOP NEW ORLEANS CHEFS as they create unique, mouth-watering dishes with award-winning Obsello Absinthe Verte, the world’s most celebrated absinthe. COMPLIMENTARY COCKTAIL SAMPLES with Port of Barcelona and Obsello will also be served. Top New Orleans CHEFS CHRIS DeBARR of THE GREEN GODDESS RESTAURANT, MICHAEL FARRELL of LE MIRAGE and ADOLFO GARCIA of RIO MAR will put the spotlight on absinthe, whipping up delicious dishes with the haungting Green Muse that will intrigue all five senses. GUESTS WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO SAMPLE each chef’s creation and will also receive complimentary cocktail samples at the event.
