WHAT:  Meeting - Continued discussion and organization re:

citizens' action to reduce or prevent crime incidents in the

Lower French Quarter and Marigny Triangle areas.  Review

of the patrolling/strategy changes implemented by the

NOPD 8th District and requesting feedback from the community

(How do you think it's going?  Are you seeing changes in

patrolling activity, incident response, etc.?)
