   Good afternoon Ladies and Gentlemen, My name is Frank Catalano. I am operating / managing the NightHawk Bar on the corner of Franklin Ave. and Dauphine St. Someone contacted me last week and wanted to meet with me to discuss Neighborhood concerns. However I lost my phone with the gentlemen's Name and phone #. I believe he told me he was the head of the association.
