[MarignyBywater] 2 break-ins this weekend

2600 block of royal st. I saw the guy minutes after it happened and the
police who happened to be outside did not care since is was not my
house...even thought they were on a call for a break-in at the house next
door. They did not even tell me that at the time.
The perp seems to be returning to the same houses when he finds they are out
of town.

Both houses probably same young black male. Broken window\glass door is back
of house in both cases.
