[MarignyBywater] Invitation to Frantz Elementary Community Meeting

am writing to invite you or your representative as well as members of  
your community to two (2) meetings being held next week to review and  
give input on plans for the renovation of Frantz Elementary School.

On Tuesday, June 2nd, the architect and engineer working on the  
Frantz Elementary project will present the basic design for the  
school. Parents, administrators, teachers and people in the  
surrounding neighborhoods are being invited to give their ideas and  
input on the school’s design and construction plans.

At the second meeting on Thursday June 4th, the architects will  
present revised plans based on the comments from people who attended  
the first meeting in an effort to make sure that they have correctly  
interpreted the input received.

The meetings will be held at Journey Fellowship Church, 1300 Alvar  
St, and will start at 6:30 p.m.

Your participation at both meetings is encouraged and would be  
greatly appreciated.  If you should require any further details,
