[MarignyBywater] FW: Roberts Fresh Market is rebuilding in Marigny

Deceptive.  The article fails to state that this is a business plan by a
Tulane MBA group (one member happens to be a Robert) and that nothing can
occur until even after the March 10th court date between the landlord
(Schweg) and the tenant (Roberts)

Read the nola.com forum post regarding this information.

While it's great the survey is happening and the plans/design will be coming
together soon, don't hold your breath.
