[MarignyBywater] gutter replacements

I have been searching the archives of this and PRC for gutter replacement suggestions but have really come up empty.  Well besides a few reminders that we need HDLC approval for any gutter work - is this still accurate?  We want to replace with 1/2 round gutters.  So, if anyone has an opinion, please share.
